Jessica’s Color Room Salon has Connecticut’s first-ever cosmetology apprentice program. The program combines paid on-the-job training with classroom instruction to prepare employees for a successful career in cosmetology. The cosmetology program focuses on the study and application of beautifying hair. Along with classroom experience, the program focuses on practical, real-world experience at the salon―all of which can help apprentices hone their existing skills and gain new ones.
